The system of transfer stations

The system of transfer stations provides for the improvement of transportation of household waste and is used when the location of recycling and waste disposal are at a great distance from the city. The basis of the separation of the processes adopted for the collection of household waste, and call into two cycles: 1) the collection of waste on the site of their formation, by applying one or more of these systems, the most responsible operational background, and delivery of waste to the loading station, and 2) transportation to the places of their disposal and recycling.

Loading station is usually equipped with a silo-storage of waste, feeding a large seal performance. Dock seal with the body of the transport garbage truck, or trailer located. Garbage is usually completed with two such trailers with a capacity of 40-50 m3. Waste comes from a drive in the seal, which feeds into of the semitrailer and seals. Urban growth and, consequently, the volume of accumulated waste, the need for rational use of land, the requirements for the protection of the natural environment associated with the ever-increasing range of carriage to places of utilization and disposal of wastes from their sources of data collection and storage. In such circumstances, a system with transfer stations are particularly promising and appropriate.
